Clean-Up Specifications
Entry
Clean entry doors, ledges and doorknobs. Clean and mop floor tile, linoleum and wood floors. Clean and replace all outside lights and sweep entrance.
Living & Dining Rooms
Dust outside of fireplaces, ledges and hearth. Vacuum inside of fireplaces, clean glass inside/outside. Dust all baseboards, clean all dishes and decorator's furniture, polish all brass, clean high areas and all cabinets inside/outside, clean behind furniture, vacuum under pillows.
Hallways
Dust plugs and light switches throughout the house. Clean out cabinets, dust and polish stairways, picture frames and baseboards.
Wet Bars
Clean sinks. Polish plumbing fixtures. Clean counter tops, cabinets inside/outside, clean all glass, shelves and glasses.
Kitchen
Clean appliances, hoods and vents. Polish plumbing fixtures. Wash and shine counter tops. Vacuum and wipe down cabinets and drawers. Clean sinks, check garbage disposal for foreign objects. Dust out storage closet. Dust lighting and ceiling. Mop vinyl, tile or wood floors. Clean under stove top, oven and dishwasher.
Bedrooms
Dust window sills and sliders. Dust closets and drawers. Clean mirrored wardrobe doors. Clean and vacuum bedspread and pillows. Vacuum and clean lamps.
Bathrooms
Clean toilets, bathtubs, showers and enclosures. Polish plumbing. Clean out cabinets and drawers. Clean counter tops and sinks. Clean mirrors, medicine cabinets. Mop floors. Check and dust lighting fixtures.
General
Clean spider webs from outside entry. Dust baseboards. Detail all woodwork. Clean high ledges where seen from second story. Dust all doors, doorknobs, plugs, covers and switches. Wipe down all doors. Vacuum and clean all tracks. Check detail in hidden areas and clean where needed. Wipe down front door and wash threshold. Clean all hard-to-reach lighting.
Patios
Clean outside patio furniture, wipe or hose down if needed.
