The following terms and conditions apply to all clean up specifications:
- Nancie Brown & Associates will supply all cleaning materials and equipment.
- All above work to be completed in a substancial and professional manner according to standard practices.
- There will be a supervisor at the facilities during the hours of clean-up who will be responsible for making sure every job on the check list is done to satisfaction; keeping the keys and making sure the facilities are locked.
- Nancie Brown & Associates will follow up on any complaints and eradicate problems swiftley and effectively.
- Nancie Brown & Associates will provide all necessary licenses and insurance certificates.
- Nancie Brown & Associates is 100% responsible for its employees and actions by them. That's why we carry a two million dollar liability insurance policy and two million dollar in worker's compensation policy.
